Sep 16, 2019 · The Pennsylvania Professional Development System (PDS) is a group of projects that work together to support adult education and family literacy agencies. The overarching goal of the Professional Development System is to impact and improve student outcomes.

The California Adult Education Program (CAEP) provides adult education state funding to regional consortia, county offices of education, school districts, community colleges, and joint powers authorities consisting of community colleges, school districts, or a combination of these to support the following programs: CAEP Major Programs.

Non-Credit Adult Education classes provide adult students throughout our region access to a variety of courses that are at no cost to assist them in reaching their personal, academic and professional goals. MSJC offers non-credit classes in the main areas of ESL, GED/ABE, Citizenship, Basic Computer Skills, and Older Adult Programs.
